So much has happened since I last wrote in here. Well, for one, the most important one, is that my mum has left! I'm all alone in UK with no family, left with only friends.. new ones. I do feel sad and lonely now. I've taken my mum for granted really. All the things she did for me - cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, etc. When she was here, there seemed to be an unlimited supply of toilet paper, when one roll was finished, another would replace it. Even now, my mum has bought lots of toilet paper for me so I needn't worry about not having any. But when that runs out,.. I might be left stranded in the loo! She has sacrificed so much for me too. The handphone which she wanted (and I wanted too), she gave to me, altho' she had originally got it for herself. That's the smallest sacrifice she has made. She let me use her duvet when the Clarence Dock room didn't have one for me on the first night here. She thought of everything before she left. Even of placing a chair at the foot of my bed so that I don't sleep directly facing the door (fengshui thing). A true mother. A mother in every sense. I love her!

Another thing that has happened is that my computer (all of it) has finally arrived! Yesterday, only the moniter got here. I was pissed as could be! I had been anticipating and expecting ALL of my computer system to get here on that day, but no... Fedex tells me the other 2 packages (CPU and speakers) have only just cleared customs and can only reach me today. Ah well. It's all here. Finally. I was beginning to get FED up with FEDex. I spend an hour fixing the computer up. It works! I miss it alot. Surprising? I think not.

I also have a mobile phone now. The new Motorola something. Nice Star-tec looking thing. Very small, very crushable. Silver. Tomorrow, the British Telecoms phone line engineer comes to install my line. Hopefully by tomorrow (I have learnt that expecting sometihng to happened on time, early, and in its entirety is like hoping for pigs to fly and cows to sing), I will be online, from my room. I shall also be attending my 1st ballet class tomorrow. My first in about 8 years I think. Anyhow, I need to do several tihngs tomorrow too. Buy a phone, for example, to test my line, buy a card for my monthly anniversary, and find out when Drama meetings are. (I didn't go for the last one because I went to Manchester!) Lots to do. Hopefully work will keep my mind off my present situation, loneliness, etc. Till next time...
